2. Services
PhishingProof offers IT security awareness training services, including live workshops, online sessions, and simulated assessments designed to enhance organizational security practices.
3. Digital Products
Our infoproducts consist of video modules, interactive e-books, and downloadable resources that focus on security awareness.
4. Physical Goods
We supply security-related merchandise such as USB security keys and awareness posters.
5. Fees and Payments
All fees for services, digital products, and physical goods must be settled in advance. Fees are quoted in AED.
6. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the conditions below, based on the type of item purchased.
6.1 Services
Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled session date. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Clients may opt to reschedule at no extra charge if the request is received within the 7-day period before the session.
6.2 Infoproducts
Upon purchase, full access to digital modules and e-books is granted immediately and indefinitely. Therefore, all sales of digital materials are final, and no refunds are available.
6.3 Physical Goods
Clients may send back merchandise within 30 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Once items arrive at our facility and pass inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 14 days. Clients are responsible for shipping fees unless the item is defective.
7. No Refund Situations
Customized training programs and services requiring unique preparation are not eligible for refunds, given the resources allocated in advance.
8. Liability Limitation
Our liability for any item is limited to the amount of fees paid for that item.
9. Modifications
PhishingProof may amend these Terms at any time. Updates will appear on phishingproof.tech. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
